It's nice quota for this tip. They played 76:74 in Chicago in their first mutual game in this season and bookies decided set this line. I think it's mistake and IMO good to earn money. Atlanta and Chicago are the second and the third most efficient teams in this conference, with 97.6 and 97.1 scored points per game. Atlanta also has one of the worst defense in the conference, with 90.75 received points per game. So, I don't see a reason for so low line. In last season their last match between each other was also with small number of points, 93:73 win of Chicago in Atlanta, but 5 of 9 matches were with over this line of 174.5 points. Chicago scored at least 97 points in 4 of previous 5 games, only match with small number points was against Atlanta. Also, Atlanta scored 100 or more points in 6 of 8 matches and all three times when they were host. Other bookmakers offer much lower quotas, and for 48 minutes of game in NBA it's very low line and with two efficient teams on the floor it has a value to bet. GL.
