Coric lost close match in the second round of Toronto against Cilic in three sets. He was playing good that tournament but was unlucky against tough opponent.
Medvedev is not impressive and his road through qualifications here in Cincinnati was very tough because he played both matches in three sets. I can see Coric getting a win here but Medvedev will put some resistance to take this isto third set.
