This will be an interesting match which could go either way, but I will try with Basilashvili, mostly because this generous odd. Basilashvili is having solid season so far. He is currently 37th, and he will most probably reach his career best after this tournament. In first two rounds he defeated Bedene 3-2 and Sock 3-1. Pella is also pretty good this season, especially onsurfaces which are not his favorite. He defeated Ruud and Lorenzi in first two rounds, both with 3-0. The thing is that Basilashvili is better player on hard than Pella who defeated two clay players in first two rounds. This match could go in five sets, but I think the odds are not that well rounded, I expected 1,7 or so on Basilashvili. With this 2.3 I must try with Basilashvili's win.
