1. General

1.1. When using the services of Metabetting your personal information will be collected.

1.3. Any person under the age of 18 is not allowed to register for an account at Metabetting
1.4. Personal Member Account data is allowed to be changed by the client at any point at Metabetting 

1.5. All users at Metabetting may send a request to delete or de-activate their account at Metabetting Metabetting may retain and archive the information on the deleted account at Metabetting
1.6. If the user wishes to discontinue to receive emails from Metabetting they must unsubscribe by clicking on "unsubscribe link" in one of our emails

2. Disclosure


Metabetting will only disclose their members' personal information when we have the member's permission, with the exception of the following:
2.1 Providing the information to a trusted company to which we have a confidentiality agreement. This prohibits the companies right distribute the information.
2.2. For any legal process, court order or in any field required by law.
2.3. If Metabetting is acquired by or merged with another company then the users information will be transferred to that company. In this case, the user will be contacted and informed by Metabetting before any changes in Privacy Policy has been made.
2.4. Metabetting may use some personal information as a means to run targeted advertisements. If a user view or interact with an advertisement they accept the possibility that the advertiser may make the assumption that the user would meet the targeting criteria and therefore display ads.

3. General Content Conditions

3.1. Metabetting cannot warrant that the content within is accurate.
3.2. It is the responsibility of the user to validate any information before taking action. 
3.3. Metabetting reserves the complete right to at any point adjust or change any content or information on Metabetting without any prior notification.
3.4. There are services that may be subject to certain restrictions and/or which may not be available in all markets.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. Metabetting will limit the access to users personal information for any  MetaBetting employees, however, some information may be deemed necessary to disclose to  MetaBetting employees in order for them to do their jobs.
4.2. Metabetting safeguard that they act in accordance with the regulations to protect user personal information.
4.3. User account information at Metabetting is completely password- protected.

5. Security

5.1. Metabetting provides the complete security measures in our IT facilities to protect against any loss, alteration or misuse of the information contained and collected from users from Metabetting 

6. Submitting your site

6.1. Submitting your site to be included in the Metabetting list will be subject to a fee and the cost will depend on the chosen package.
6.2. Metabetting will add the website to the Metabetting list within 3 business days from the day the successful payment has been received. 
6.3. If for any reason the website does not meet the above guidelines at Metabetting then a refund of the payment will be made in full via Moneybookers and the website will not be included in the list. 
6.4. Any applicable fee will be added on top of the current commission.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

7.1. Metabetting may change the Privacy Policy at any point however all users will be notified in regards to any important changes with a prominent notification directly on the Metabetting website.
