FC Kopenhavn welcome FC Midtjylland in round 35 of the Superliga. Both teams have everything to play for though Europa League is probably a disappointment for FCK. FCK still has to ensure they do play EL next season as they have the same number of points as FCN on fourth. They will know after the last match with FCN but Midtjylland game is equaly important. Kobenhavn want to be an imporant piece for the title and they did just that taking a draw with Brondby. After Bronby lost to Midtjylland the battle for the title is hanging in balance. Midtjylland looked done as Bronby recently showed dominance against them but they puled one off and took a valuable 1:0 away win against Brondby.
FCK still has very good stats at home this season taking 11 wins, 4 draws and only 2 losses. It is the away performances that have been abismal and FCk looked worser than ever. Against AAB away FCK had one of their worst performances in spring which in general was quite good. FCK lost 3 times in the last 13 matches and twice it was against Brondby and Midtjylland. With the return of Santander in the squad and Soteriou in decent scoring form the hosts will put their foot down on FCM. They would like nothing more than take the title away from FCM.
I don`t know what it is but when these two meet it is never dull. Goals are coming in regulary and in this match all points the same way. From the last 8 mutual matches all have gone over 3.5 goals. On Kobenhanv`s ground the last 9 had at least 3 goals.
The host will be missing the midfielder Zeca(25-2).
